Article 1 (Purpose)

The purpose of these Terms is to stipulate the conditions and procedures for using IT solution introduction, software development, and technical support services (hereinafter 'Services') provided by Z-Tech Solutions (hereinafter 'Company'), and to define the rights, obligations, and responsibilities between the Company and its Members.

Article 2 (Definition of Terms)

1. 'Service' means all technical services provided by the Company, such as building web/app systems, operating cloud infrastructure, and IT consulting.
2. 'Client' means an individual or corporation that enters into a service use contract with the Company and receives the service.

Article 3 (Notice and Revision of Terms)

The Company shall post the contents of these Terms on the initial screen of the service so that Clients can easily understand them. The Company may revise these Terms as necessary within the scope not violating relevant laws and regulations.

Article 4 (Provision and Changes of Service)

The Company provides the following services:
1. Enterprise-grade web/app system development
2. Cloud infrastructure migration and operation
3. Artificial Intelligence (AI) and automation solution construction
4. Other technical support services determined by the Company

Article 5 (Termination of Contract)

Clients may apply for termination of the use contract at any time through the manager or customer center, and the Company shall handle this without delay as prescribed by relevant laws and the contract.

Article 6 (Disclaimers)

The Company is exempted from responsibility for the provision of services in cases where services cannot be provided due to force majeure beyond the Company's control, such as natural disasters or service interruption by telecommunications business providers.
